We are seeking an experienced HR Officer / Senior with expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and hands-on experience using the MenaITech HR System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures, allowances, and incentives.
- Monitor employee leave, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives related to C&B.
- Prepare HR-related paperwork such as employment contracts, employment letters, and any other HR letters.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation as needed.
- Perform other job-related tasks to ensure the fulfillment of company objectives.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years in a human resources role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MenaITech HR System.
