Role Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and talent management. Core responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee engagement initiatives, and supporting organizational development. This role also requires effective collaboration with various departments to ensure HR practices are aligned with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Drive organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Advise and support management in workforce planning and organizational structure.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to enhance decision-making and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning to attract and retain top talent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies, systems, and best practices.
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
