People & Organisation Senior Specialist | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan
Role Summary
The Senior Specialist – Human Capital (HCBP) is responsible for managing and driving HC related activities such as organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management and development, total rewards, employee experience and relations compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues for all employees within the assigned country. The role holder is also responsible for working with functional leaders, teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability.
ROLE PROFILE
- Work with various HC Functions drive and deliver key HC initiatives such as performance management and talent reviews, talent development, total rewards, employee relations and employee experience
- Contribute to the implementation of all relevant HC projects initiated by the HC Team in the Corporate Head Office and provide input based on country requirements
- Work with the Total Rewards team to conduct accurate job evaluations
- Forecast manpower needs and costs in compliance with the overall budget
- Advise and recommend updates policies and procedures; and ensure that all relevant stakeholders follow and implement the same
- Supports with functional leaders on organization design and planning initiatives such as developing organizational structures, operating models, and manpower planning
- Developing and implementing effective HC Strategies for the Business Unit
- Influencing and building relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Human Capital Management
- 3-5 years in a Human Capital Department
- Professional HR Certification such as CIPR, SHRM, AHARI is preferred
- Stakeholder management
- Project Management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
