Key Accountabilities :
- Track the recruitment plan with the Talent Acquisition manager and follow up the progress report on weekly basis.
- Maintain the partnerships with universities, colleges, associations, ministries and training centers.
- Manage Job fairs with top universities in Jordan in order to have ready pool of talents.
- Keep our positioning as an employer of choice by follow up the strategy roadmap with the management.
- Responsible of headhunting, interviewing, attracting and onboarding new talents for the grants, Consumer Business unit, Group CEO, CC&SU, LRSU, HRU, EBU & Finance.
- Posting the vacant positions (internally and externally) in different platforms.
- Manage and enhance the company's talent branding and career platform to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Keep all candidates updated about their application status throughout the recruitment process by Providing them with the interview outcomes and feedback.
- Manage and enhance recruitment Chatbot.
- Collect feedback from hiring managers regarding the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.
- Negotiate employment offers, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation packages.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards & reports.
- Gathering feedback from new joiners to understand their onboarding experience and incorporate their insights for continuous improvement
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Languages.
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition domain.
- Must have a very Good Command of the English Language. "Test to be conducted".
- Solid Experience in Posting Vacancies, Interviewing, Shotlisting, and offering
- Knowledge of the Jordanian labor law.
- Experience in Drafting Job Offers, Preparing Employment contracts, and onboarding new joiners onboarding.
