Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for an Administrative Assistant at Blue Mark. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, managing phone calls and correspondences, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The role includes maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, and assisting in organizing company events and communications.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong Clerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
