Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman. The responsibilities and day-to-day tasks for each position are as follows:
- Sales Manager: Lead and develop sales strategies, manage sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Operations Manager: Oversee daily operations, improve operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Finance Manager: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- HR Manager: Handle recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Cost Accountant: Analyze cost data, prepare cost reports, and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Production Supervisor: Supervise production processes, ensure product quality, and maintain production schedules.
- HSSE Lead: Develop and implement health, safety, security, and environmental policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data accurately.
- Proven experience in operations management and improving operational processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lead and develop teams and manage customer satisfaction efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
