Job Summary:
The Compliance Officer ensures the company’s adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. The role involves monitoring compliance activities, reviewing client data and transactions for potential risks or sanctions exposure, coordinating with regulatory bodies, maintaining compliance logs and reports, and supporting updates to company policies and procedures to align with laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance, banking, or financial sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages.
- CAMS certificate is preferable.
