About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic financial initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluations, and overall financial leadership. This position requires a strong background in corporate finance, business strategy, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute M&A and investment transactions from origination to successful closure.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide executive and board-level discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential investments and partnership opportunities.
- Manage due diligence processes, risk assessments, and post-transaction integration activities.
- Present strategic and financial analyses to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure alignment of financial strategies with long-term business objectives in a dynamic, global environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment management at a senior level.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and deliver results under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
