Compliance Manager
We are representing a leading regional consulting and advisory firm in their search for Compliance Manager - Finance based in Amman, Jordan
Job description:
- Provide direction, and collaborative leadership of the company’s compliance initiatives.
- Ensure effective management of all compliance matters affecting the company, including labor and employment, disputes, mergers and acquisitions, local regulations, vendor contracts, licensing, anti-money laundering and other crucial matters.
- Track and monitor relevant regulations that may affect the company’s business and ensure proactive management of the same
- Ensure that all the company’s activities, practices, and investments are compliant with local regulations applicable in the State of Qatar and/or KSA
- Conduct periodic review and update of the Company's internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure development and implementation of company-wide training and awareness programs for compliance with the company’s structure, local rules and business needs.
- Develop and implement compliance program to monitor regulatory requirements of the company, timely submission of reports, and any other related matters.
- Provide periodic updates on the progress of compliance initiatives to the senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- ACAMS certification and CISI is advantage
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or corporate governance, preferably within financial services or multinational organisations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software/tools (e.g., Bloomberg, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar and KSA regulations, AML laws, and corporate compliance frameworks.
