About the Role
As the Operations & Treasury Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end financial operations across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Treasury.
You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and control — while building efficient processes that keep our financial engine running smoothly.
What You’ll Do?
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Manage accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of supplier invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Oversee accounts receivable and billing operations.
- Ensure proper application of receipts and on-time customer invoicing.
- Monitor KPIs such as DSO, billing accuracy, and collection performance.
- Partner with sales and other teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
Treasury & Controls
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls across P2P and O2C.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Support month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations or treasury within a fast-paced or multinational setup.
- Strong command of P2P/O2C cycles, treasury management, and internal controls.
- Deep knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, withholding) and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
