About the job
- Marketing Supervisor: Responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen RJ’s brand visibility and market position. The role focuses on campaign management, partnerships, and cross-functional coordination to deliver effective marketing outcomes.
- Social Media Supervisor: Leads RJ’s social media strategy and content creation across digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice that reflects the airline’s identity. The role focuses on online engagement, creative storytelling, and data-driven digital growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies in line with RJ’s commercial and brand objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments, regional offices, and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and audience insights to strengthen RJ’s online presence and engagement.
- Manage real-time content coverage for major events, sponsorships, and route launches.
- Supervise community management activities, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic responses across all platforms.
- Supervise creative content, media plans, and promotional activities.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with design, media buying, CRM, and eCommerce teams for integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies, production houses, and vendors to deliver high-quality output on time and within budget.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to work with diversified culture and work effectively with colleagues in different departments.
- Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Social Medica or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
