Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between customers and departments, as well as among internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all information is accurately relayed to relevant departments.
- Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating clear and timely communication to support smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently.
- Review service tickets and purchase orders with a meticulous eye to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain workflow continuity by tracking ongoing tasks and proactively addressing any issues that arise.
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications to uphold a professional tone and accurate messaging.

Education/Experience
