Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Jordan. The ideal candidate will ensure that administrative, logistical, and operational functions run smoothly and efficiently, supporting both the local team and the remote teams in other countries.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
- Handle procurement and management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance, IT support, and other office-related services.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, internal events, and travel arrangements, ensuring proper scheduling and logistics.
- Manage communication and relationships with vendors, and government entities.
- Provide customer service support over the phone and in person, ensuring all client inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing administrative or logistical needs, and assisting HR in their onboarding and offboarding.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in office management and administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
