Job Scope
Accomplishes manufacturing team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures starting from the arrival of raw materials and down to the primary packing stage towards achieving the set plans.
Education
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, Pharmacy
Experience
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a related field.
Language
Proficiency in written, read and spoken Arabic and English.

Duties And Responsibilities (But Not Limited To)
Production Planning and Coordination:
- Receive and review the production plan to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Prepare and organize production and packaging records based on planning department instructions, ensuring separation of records and proper documentation.
- Supervise production lines, distribute tasks among staff, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Monitor and report daily productivity, downtime, and materials consumption, ensuring alignment with targets.
Quality Assurance And Compliance
- Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications and with QA for documentation, validation, and cleaning processes.
- Report deviations affecting product quality and perform necessary investigations, setting CAPA plans.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) through staff training and document maintenance.
Machine Operation And Maintenance
- Monitor machine condition and maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and submit maintenance requests for tasks beyond the team’s capacity.
- Resource and Safety Management:
- Manage production materials, consumables, and equipment needed for production, cleaning, and safety requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and cleanliness of the production area to meet cGMP and audit readiness.
- Ensure application of safety and health standards in production areas.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive improvement initiatives, propose projects, and support efforts towards achieving organizational goals.
- Conducting periodic meetings with team members regarding work priorities and ensuring work is progress smooth and inform team of company updates, departmental changes … etc.
- People Management: Manage team’s personnel affairs (leaves, vacations…etc.), performance management, coaching and training.
- Ensure compliance with relevant national and international health, safety and environmental laws and policies as well as maintain the records and reports of HSE aspects.
