About the Role:
Teeba, an Almarai subsidiary, is offering a paid internship opportunity within the Human Resources – Organizational Development (OD) Department, with a primary focus on Learning & Development (L&D) and exposure to other OD functions.
This internship provides hands-on experience in a structured, professional environment and is ideal for candidates seeking to build a strong foundation in HR and organizational development.
Internship Details:
- Duration: Minimum 3 months, up to a maximum of 6 months
- Employment Type: Paid internship
- Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Learning & Development team in coordinating training programs and initiatives
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Support other Organizational Development activities as required
- Assist with data analysis and reporting related to HR and OD initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial engineering, or related field.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work full-time and commit for the full internship duration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
