Join TenTrade a fast growing multi asset broker specializing in forex, indices, commodities, and funded trader accounts and lead our commercial expansion in the Middle East.

What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a growth strategy across GCC markets.
- Identify, attract, and onboard money managers, IBs, affiliates, and influencers.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships to drive business and brand awareness.
- Negotiate mutually profitable collaboration agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and trade shows (virtual & in-person).
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and support teams to maximize performance.
- Report on KPIs, performance metrics, and growth projections.

What You Bring- 3+ years in business development with a CFD broker, fintech, or investment platform.
- Strong GCC network (money managers, IBs, affiliates, influencers).
- Deep understanding of CFDs, derivatives, and trading ecosystems.
- Proven success in revenue generation and meeting commercial targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent Arabic (required); English proficiency is a plus.

Nice to Have- Experience with CPA, Revenue Share, or Hybrid partnership models.
- Knowledge of GCC financial regulations.
- Experience with MT4, MT5, or cTrader platforms.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings or events.
