Pierre Marcolini, a Belgium high-end chocolatier, is seeking an experienced and driven F&B Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B retail locations. Implement and maintain rigorous standards to ensure impeccable execution and consistency with our luxury brand ethos. Lead, mentor, and develop store teams.
Sales & Corporate Management: Drive strong sales performance and manage P&L for F&B operations. Requires great knowledge in sales and corporate management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and B2B initiatives.
Public Relations & Networking: Leverage and utilize great connections in PR (Public Relations) and the luxury sector to enhance brand visibility and secure high-profile partnerships. Act as a key brand ambassador in public-facing roles.
F&B Expertise: Strong operational F&B background required, ensuring optimal inventory, supply chain management, and adherence to the highest standards of quality control and hygiene.
Pressure Management: Exceptional ability to excel while working under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes luxury retail environment, ensuring seamless operation during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial F&B operations role within the luxury, high-end retail, or fine dining sectors.
- Proven expertise in sales strategy, financial management, and corporate business relationship management.
- Documented evidence of a strong network in PR, luxury lifestyle, or corporate circles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
