About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Support Team Leader to lead and manage our HCM functional support team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day support activities, ensure effective issue resolution, and drive continuous improvements in HR technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor the Oracle Fusion HCM functional support team.
· Manage and prioritize support requests across HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting).
· Act as the escalation point for complex HCM functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support (SR management).
· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and provide system solutions.
· Oversee configuration changes, testing, and deployment of HCM enhancements.
· Support HR cycles such as payroll runs, performance management, and workforce planning.
· Ensure documentation of functional solutions, processes, and best practices.
· Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reports.
· Monitor KPIs for support performance and drive process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
· 3-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM (functional support and/or implementation).
· Strong knowledge of at least three HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
· Proven leadership or team management experience.
· Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, configurations, and issue resolution.
· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
· Experience with HCM reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL).
Preferred Qualifications
· Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist in Fusion HCM.
· Experience in global HR operations and multi-country payroll.
· Prior experience managing HCM support teams in large organizations.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are a plus.
