Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Associate located in Al Bunayat ,Al Hurriah Street ,Amman, Jordan. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for client services, customer support, communication, customer service, and finance tasks daily.
Working hours Monday to Saturday from 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Support skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, reading).
- Experience in handling social media and WhatsApp.
- Preference for candidates living near the office location.
- Ability to work efficiently, respond quickly, and think on their feet.
- The position is gradually open for development depending on the candidate’s competence.
