Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Professional. The position is located in Amman, Jordan. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing user inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering support through various communication channels. The role includes analyzing customer feedback and providing insights for improving the customer experience.
