As NXGEN continues to grow and expand, we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager – German Speaker to join our team and play a key role in supporting our customers, enhancing their experience, and driving their success with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Onboard, train, and support customers through the full lifecycle from setup to active use.
- Manage and resolve time-sensitive technical issues in coordination with Product and Support teams.
- Drive product adoption and retention through relationship building and proactive communication.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for upsell and expansion.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support product development and improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Business Development in a tech-related field, preferably in Security AI, SaaS, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to resolve technical issues under time pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively with a remote or hybrid team.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or support platforms.
- Knowledge of video surveillance, AI analytics, or security solutions.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and customer training frameworks.
