NXGEN is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager with a strong background in customer support, account management, or business development, preferably within the Security AI or related tech industry. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring product adoption, and resolving time-sensitive technical issues with precision and care.
This role requires a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, can multitask effectively, and is confident in handling direct customer communication in both German and English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Onboard, train, and support customers through the full lifecycle from setup to active use.
- Manage and resolve time-sensitive technical issues in coordination with Product and Support teams.
- Drive product adoption and retention through relationship building and proactive communication.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for upsell and expansion.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support product development and improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Business Development in a tech-related field, preferably in Security AI, SaaS, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to resolve technical issues under time pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively with a remote or hybrid team.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
