Commercial Manager - Beauty | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan
Role Summary
The Manager Commercial & Operations is fully accountable for the end-to-end performance, profitability, and growth of the Myli Health & Beauty business across all channels, including physical stores, e-commerce, and digital platforms. The role owns P&L, strategy, execution, and expansion, ensuring seamless alignment between commercial, operational, omni-channel, and customer experience pillars.
ROLE PROFILE
- Oversee the complete business cycle across commercial, operations, e-commerce, and customer experience.
- Lead business development, expansion initiatives, and omni-channel growth strategies (new stores, digital initiatives, and market opportunities).
- Define and deliver annual and multi-year business strategies aligned with the Country Head and group objectives.
- Establish competitive assortment, pricing, and omni-channel merchandising strategies.
- Ensure merchandising and store teams apply agreed concepts, planograms, and assortment structures consistently across stores and e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance across all stores and digital platforms, ensuring compliance with SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ensure seamless coordination between commercial, operational, and omni-channel execution.
- Oversee the local implementation of corporate standards while adapting to market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (required)
- 8+ years progressive leadership experience, with 5+ years in retail management, preferably in Health & Beauty
- Experience in Beauty (cosmetics field) is a must
- Proven experience managing full P&L and leading complex, cross-functional operations including omni-channel retail and e-commerce
- Demonstrated success in business growth, transformation, and expansion initiatives
