Job Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day operational and logistics activities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with up to two years of experience who is eager to develop skills in operations, supply chain, and business support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operations and logistics activities, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and inventory monitoring.
- Support the preparation of shipping documents, customs paperwork, and trade compliance requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders with regular status reports.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to support end-to-end order fulfillment.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to operations and logistics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience (internship or junior-level role in operations, logistics, or supply chain is a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
