About the RoleWe are looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Finance Administrator based in Amman. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of 400–600 JOD monthly, ideal for someone keen to support both human resources and financial operations within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, leave, attendance, benefits).
- Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, organizing interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare and process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and internal HR communications.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are kept up to date and compliant.
Finance & Administration
- Process invoices, track expense claims, and manage petty cash.
- Prepare the annual budget and monitoring expenses against it.
- Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Maintain documentation for audits, financial reviews, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with external accountants, vendors, banks, and service providers as required.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1–3 years of relative experience in HR, finance, or administration (experience with payroll and budgeting required).
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge in at least one Accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset.
- Arabic and English fluency.
