We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support our HR operations in Amman. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, HRIS management, compliance, payroll support, and employee services. The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure smooth processes while supporting employees across all stages of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Hire-to-Retire cycle including pre-boarding, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Act as a SPOC for new joiners, supporting visa, relocation, insurance, GOSI, GPSSA, and SAP setup.
- Administer SAP SuccessFactors for employee records and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll activities (OT, deductions, FFS, clearances) and resolve related employee queries.
- Track and maintain compliance records including contracts, Iqama, insurances, and health cards.
- Provide employee services (letters, certificates, bank account openings, grievance support).
- Maintain HR dashboards, SLA reports, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to Jordanian labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Jordanian local labor laws, Social Security and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; FMCG or multinational experience is an advantage.
