Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Amman, Jordan. The Client Services Manager will manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include overseeing client service operations, resolving client issues, analyzing client feedback and data, and ensuring consistent communication with clients. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service standards, providing ongoing support, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Client Services and maintaining client relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills for understanding client data and feedback
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the immigration industry is a plus.
