Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system, including policies, procedures, and standards, to ensure consistent quality across all operations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and quality metrics to assess performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance, and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for product development, supplier selection, and production processes.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive and corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent ecurrence.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and certifications.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to employees at all levels on quality management practices and techniques.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline.
Advanced degree and certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role, preferably in [industry or sector].
- Deep understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and drive
data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in managing and conducting audits, inspections, and assessments.
- Proficiency in using quality management software, data analysis tools, and computer applications.
