Role and Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Economy, Industrial Engineering).
- 3-5 years of Banking experience, including 2+ years as a product owner or business analyst for banking operations, core banking applications, and digital channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and align product strategy with overall business goals.
- Willingness to stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Substantial experience in product management, with a track record of successful product deliveries.
