Purpose of the Job
To manage and enhance the operational performance of ACCESS USA SHIPPING shipments within the Aramex network by ensuring efficient coordination, monitoring transit times, resolving service issues, and driving continuous improvement to achieve high service quality, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Job Description
- Manage customer-specific requests from ACCESS USA SHIPPING, ensuring timely handling and effective communication regarding shipments and inquiries.
- Coordinate with origin and destination stations to resolve shipment issues, ensure proper documentation, and oversee returns and redelivery processes.
- Monitor transit times, analyze performance trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and meet KPIs.
- Identify and report service deficiencies, escalate operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports, including business growth, customer feedback, and KPIs, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage technology and process improvements to optimize operations, resolve technical issues, and drive volume growth from ACCESS USA SHIPPING into the Aramex network.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field .
- Experience: Relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is required, with hands-on exposure to transit time monitoring, service performance analysis, or similar functions; internships or academic projects in these areas are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with technological tools related to customer operations.
- Basic to intermediate data analytics skills, including the ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and support performance improvements.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
