Purpose of the Job Job Description
- Support in monitoring and tracking daily Last-Mile delivery KPIs.
- Assist in collecting and preparing data for performance analysis and reporting.
- Help identify delivery issues and escalate to senior teams for resolution.
- Work closely with operations coordinators, couriers, and supervisors to follow up on delivery progress and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of global performance, failed deliveries, and customer escalations.
- Assist in generating Excel-based reports and visual summaries for internal use.
- Support basic Power BI dashboards under guidance (optional, based on skill level).
- Help coordinate communication between couriers, customers, and support teams.
- Participate in training sessions to grow knowledge in projects, courier productivity, and logistics KPIs, and use PPT for training materials.
- Contribute to maintaining data integrity in operational tools and systems.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or data analysis.
- Good analytical skills and interest in working with data and operational metrics.
- A basic understanding of logistics or delivery processes is preferred.
- Willingness to learn tools like Power BI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
- Strong time management and ability to multitask under supervision.
- Good team player – works well with others and contributes positively.
- Customer-first mindset – understands the importance of timely delivery and service.
- Curious and self-motivated to grow within the logistics and operations field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
