We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to lead our accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to connect financial performance with employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Accounting Management – Maintain the chart of accounts, record daily transactions, prepare monthly financial statements, review bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Revenue Collection – Issue invoices, follow up on collections, and track receivables.
- Performance Linkage – Connect financial operations to employee responsibilities, prepare monthly performance reports, and analyze profitability per employee/team.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis – Deliver periodic management reports, variance analysis, and client/service profitability insights.
- Auditing & Compliance – Prepare audit files, ensure proper recordkeeping, and support internal/external audits.
- Administrative Cooperation – Coordinate payroll and bonuses with HR, collaborate with operations on project finances, and recommend efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting roles within consulting or audit firms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven leadership and cross-department collaboration abilities.
