World Central Kitchen (WCK) is seeking a contract Security Administrator in Amman, Jordan that will support our activation in Gaza and security team from Egypt, Jordan and Israel. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Security Administrator to support the International Security Manager in daily activities aimed at ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and operations in Gaza/Jordan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in updating security protocols and facilitating a secure working environment under the direction of the Security Manager. They will not work with the CLA/COGAT it is an administration role only.
Duration: This is a
three (3) month contract term position, potential renewal based on project funds and performance.
Rates: Contract daily rates are based on experience and location; daily rates are included only when on rotation or activation.

Start date : Urgent, as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Safety Administration
- Assist the International Security Manager in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Monitor and assess security risks specific to the operational environment in Gaza
- Conduct regular security assessments and provide daily reports update security protocols and all administrative tasks.
- Coordinate the scheduling of security training and briefings for staff members
- Support the planning and execution of security measures for staff movements and events
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and implement follow-up actions as necessary
- Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries and support staff in emergency situations
Requirements
- Ability to work in the Amman, Jordan, office six (6) days per week and/or working remotely one (1) day per week.
- Experience in security administration, preferably in high-risk environments or conflict zones
- Familiarity with regional security dynamics and local protocols in Gaza is preferred
- Adept in risk assessment and crisis management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASIS, CSP) are a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English and Arabic proficiency preferred
Working Conditions: This role requires the ability to work in high-stress, ambiguous environments. Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions are essential.
