Job Title: Sales Coordination Officer
Job Purpose: The Sales Coordination Officer plays a vital role in supporting sales operations by monitoring forecast accuracy, coordinating efforts between the sales department and other departments, managing budget allocations, leading incentive initiatives, and providing daily reports on sales representatives' performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Forecast Accuracy for Each Channel
- Regularly review sales forecasts for each channel to ensure alignment with actual performance.
- Analyze gaps between forecasts and actual sales, and provide recommendations to improve accuracy.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports on forecast accuracy.
2. Acting as a Point of Contact Between the Sales Department and Other Departments
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales department and other departments and external stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and challenges promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular updates to management on key developments.
3. Controlling and Allocating Sales Budgets
- Prepare a sales budget allocation plan based on market dynamics and the contribution of each channel.
- Monitor budget utilization to ensure alignment with defined goals.
- Provide detailed reports on budget performance.
4. Driving Sales Through Incentive Plans and Promotional Campaigns
- Develop and implement sales incentive plans based on performance objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Analyze the impact of incentives and promotions on sales performance and propose improvements.
5. Preparing and Presenting Daily Reports to Track Sales Representatives' Performance
- Collect and analyze daily data on the performance of sales representatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide accurate reports to management to support decision-making.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
▪ Core Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or operations coordination.
▪ Preferred Additional Experience: Familiarity with data analysis tools and process automation (such as CRM and ERP systems).
