Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the company’s social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the brand’s online visibility, increasing engagement, and aligning social media efforts with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy
Plan and manage a content calendar across all platforms
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Execute campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Manage community engagement and customer interaction
Stay updated on platform trends and competitor activity
Handle paid social media campaigns and optimize results
Maintain brand voice and reputation across all channels
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience with paid campaigns and reporting tools is a plus
