About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance-Driven Media Buyer for one of our clients, to lead full-funnel growth across Meta and Google. You’ll plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns that acquire customers across multiple markets, including Jordan, KSA, the UK/EU, and others.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who works comfortably inside Ads Manager and Google Ads, thrives on experimentation, and is accountable to clear performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize FB/IG and Google campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).
- Handle daily optimization, budgets, bidding, and creative rotation.
- Manage tracking: Pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM, UTMs, dashboards.
- Lead creative testing (UGC, static, video) and performance insights.
- Collaborate on landing page/CRO improvements (Shopify).
- Maintain product feeds (GMC) and ensure compliance.
- Provide weekly reports and growth recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands-on media buying for e-commerce brands.
- Proven results with $20K–$100K+ monthly budgets.
- Strong experience with GA4, GTM, CAPI, GMC, PMax, remarketing.
- Creative testing experience (hooks, angles, briefs).
- Strong analytical and dashboard skills.
- Bonus: Shopify, Amazon Ads, Arabic/English bilingual.
