I&K is launching a new floral concept that focuses on offering premium, lasting design elements that bring elegance and beauty to any space.
Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly creative salesperson to be the aesthetic guardian and key sales driver in our new luxury showroom. This unique role requires a blend of exceptional salesmanship, professional floral/arrangement skill, and a keen eye for interior decor and styling.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Styling Focus:
- Style and arrange various decorative pieces and elements using techniques comparable to professional floristry and visual arts.
- Execute and maintain stunning visual merchandising displays to maximize product appeal.
- Expertly wrap luxury gifts and custom orders for customers.
- Collaborate on in-store promotions and events.
Aesthetic Maintenance & Cleaning:
- Maintain the showroom to a pristine, dust-free standard at all times.
- Ensure all display pieces and design elements are in tiptop shape and flawless condition.
- Uphold high standards of organization and visual presentation.
Sales & Service:
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling/decor advice.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and customer records.
- Support with inventory management and restocking.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Essential Experience: Previous experience in a high-end retail environment, specifically in interior decor, visual merchandising, or a flower/gift shop is preferred.
- Skills: A creative eye for décor, color coordination, and presentation is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
Working Environment:
- Shift: The role requires a 9-hour shift each day, including a one-hour lunch break.
- Days Off: One scheduled day off per week (6 days/week is the work schedule).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
