We’re Hiring: Vendor Coordinator – Amman / Jordan

What you’ll be doing:
• Manage vendor data entry, updates, and maintenance across CRM systems and internal platforms
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor contracts, agreements, and profile information
• Review vendor documents and submissions to prevent errors and inconsistencies
• Identify missing details or discrepancies and coordinate directly with vendors or relevant teams to resolve them
• Monitor vendor performance reports and highlight trends, gaps, or issues to help improve overall operations
• Support the vendor team with administrative tasks: scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and generating reports
• Assist with onboarding new vendors by ensuring all required documentation is complete and the process runs smoothly
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations
What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of experience in coordination or admin roles, preferably in vendor management, sales, or food delivery
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
