Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Oversee the successful delivery of transformation programs that align with the bank's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement program management frameworks and methodologies tailored for banking transformation projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and change across the bank's operations and services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure optimal delivery.
- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive management.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to project managers and team members within the transformation program.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, report and escalate to management as needed.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field from a recognized university, MBA is highly desirable.
- PMP, equivalent project management certification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in transformation program delivery, project management, with at least 5 years in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs with an international bank.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in program management tools, methodologies and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
