Position: Line Manager – Shipping Lines
We are hiring a Line Manager with strong experience in shipping lines to lead and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and knows the shipping industry well.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on shipping line operations from port to port
- Plan vessel schedules and cargo loading
- Coordinate with agents, ports, and logistics teams
- Make sure all shipping rules and regulations are followed
- Solve problems quickly and improve efficiency
- Lead a small team and ensure smooth workflow
- Report regularly to company management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in :Business, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in shipping lines or maritime companies
- Good understanding of port operations and cargo movement
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in using shipping software and MS Office
- Organized, fast, and responsible
