Key Accountabilities :
- Comprehensive knowledge for mobile financial services frameworks.
- Responsible for Orange Money Marketing strategy and business policy.
- Responsible for the Orange Money communication strategy.
- Align the local marketing strategy with the orientations of the group strategy.
- Responsible for the revenue and base of orange money product and services portfolio.
- Identify customer needs, insights and for offers, promotions and values.
- Manage the go to market for launching planned products & offers following TTM for mobile money services customers (T3)
- Analyse results and profitability of products and services in relation to objectives, elaboration of action plans, monitoring of their good performance.
- Implementing orange money propositions aiming at increasing revenues and differentiating the service.
- Building and implementing marketing animation and customer base management roadmaps.
- Provide on-ground & remote support for executing mobile money campaigns in addition to 3rd party engagements such as: regulatory, banks and agents and B2B accounts.
- Gain deep insights into market trends by analyzing KPIs and conducting thorough market research.
- Initiate market analysis in alignment with competition.
- Evaluate strategic alliances with 3rd parties for commercial conjoint plans.
- Introduce innovation services and VAS services and digitalization.
- Manage product life cycle; product performance and corrective actions definition (T4, T5)
- Monitor the product line performance in coordination with finance controlling (revenues, profitability, customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to communication policy definition.
- Coordinate with all concerned parties internally and externally.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Lead digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage customer lifecycle strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and data teams to optimize market positioning.
- Analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering.
- 7 - 10 years experience in digital Marketing ,financial products & services , with at least 3 years experience in products & services or business development.
- Marketing & Products experience is a must.
- Digital payments experience is a plus.
- Banking & PSPs experience is a plus.
