Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Objective:
To drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, increasing reservations, securing group bookings, and building strong relationships with partners, event organizers, and corporate clients. The Sales Executive plays a key role in positioning the restaurant as a preferred dining destination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new sales opportunities and B2B partnerships (e.g., hotels, corporates, event planners).
- Conduct outbound calls, visits, and presentations to promote the restaurant and its offerings.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed reservations or deals.
- Build a corporate and events client base.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Provide a high level of service before, during, and after group bookings or events.
- Serve as the liaison between the client and the restaurant team to ensure expectations are met.
Promotions & Packages:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote seasonal offers, new menu launches, events, or packages.
- Upsell private dining, special experiences.
Reporting & Planning:
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
