Job Title: Cash Van Unit Manager / FMCG
Purpose of the Role:
To lead and manage all operations of the Cash Van unit by manage sales supervisors and their teams to ensure full achievement of sales targets, market coverage, and product distribution. This role plays a key part in translating the company’s strategic vision into actionable plans on the ground and ensuring optimal coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the company's vision and strategies into practical guidance for supervisors and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate closely with other departments including logistics, finance, HR, and employee relations to ensure seamless operations.
- Discuss department challenges and strategic plans with the Sales Manager, propose solutions, and contribute to aligning with overall company direction.
- Ensure continuous development of sales processes by proposing ideas for market expansion and performance enhancement.
- Analyze sales targets by region and distribute them according to each route and market potential.
- Evaluate the performance of sales supervisors based on their team's achievements and work on enhancing their strengths and addressing weaknesses.
- Monitor the supervisors’ managerial approach with their teams, address problem-solving strategies, and support performance improvement.
- Hold regular meetings with supervisors and sales representatives to review performance, compare with targets, and address shortfalls.
- Follow up on daily reports from supervisors and their teams and prepare achievement reports based on KPIs such as market and customer coverage, product distribution, and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity in the market and submit regular reports to the direct manager.
- Oversee route compliance and ensure sales reps cover their assigned customers fully and effectively.
- Manage and update a database of current and potential customers and submit regular updates.
- Ensure smooth coordination in sales invoicing, goods receiving and delivery processes, and collaboration with warehouse and finance teams.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures across all related departments (Finance, HR, Logistics, etc.).

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Cash Van Sales Supervisor
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG / Food Distribution industry
- Strong experience in managing sales operations, teams, and cross-functional coordination
- Proven ability in developing and analyzing sales reports and market data
