Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in aluminum projects, preferably in CGC
Leadership skill, problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Read and understand contract specifications and contract drawings.
Review, check, and approve drawings, calculations, submittals, and material samples as specified in the project.
Project planning involves creating project plans, defining project scope, setting project timelines, and allocating resources effectively.
Spearheading the planning, coordination, and execution of the facade project from inception to completion.
Coordinate the efforts of various teams involved in the project, such as engineering, procurement, factory contractors, and subcontractors.
