Role Summary
We are seeking a Tele-Sales Representative with solid experience in direct sales and a strong track record in achieving B2C targets. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce or high-volume consumer sales environments, can engage customers effectively over the phone, and thrives in a performance-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products and services.
- Follow up on leads, manage pipelines, and close sales within defined timelines.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver high-quality customer experience while handling inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with team members and work effectively within a shift-based schedule.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of proven experience in tele-sales or inside sales.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or B2C sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance KPIs.
- Passionate, goal-oriented, and confident in telephone-based selling.
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts.
