Job: Business Development Manager – F&B
Location: Amman - Jordan

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for restaurant brands.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Oversee sales performance, cost control, and operational improvements.
- Work closely with restaurant managers to enhance customer experience.
- Lead promotional activities, branding initiatives, and new product launches.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform decisions.
- Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and business evaluations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within F&B or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Jordanian F&B market.
- Ability to analyze financial data and operational KPIs.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
