Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Zarqa for a Team Manager at Cor Coffee House. The Team Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality service standards, scheduling staff, managing inventory, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns to enhance their experience. The role also involves fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Customer service and communication skills, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for guests
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, including scheduling and inventory management
- Knowledge of coffee products and preparation methods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic preferred
