We are currently looking to hire Commercial Programme Manager . The Commercial Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business strategies and initiatives to enhance our market presence. This position requires a strong business background and a focus on planning, marketing, and operations. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of commercial programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
Marketing: Lead B2C marketing initiatives, including market research, campaign development, and execution.
Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses and other market studies to identify opportunities and risks.
Sales Management: Utilize strong sales skills to drive revenue growth and build customer relationships.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
Financial Management: Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure the financial health of programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in business management, marketing,
or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
