We built Jordan’s first delivery app that confirms drop‑offs with an OTP code. Our goal is simple: faster, safer, more flexible deliveries for everyone.
Your Role
We need an operations leader who can keep drivers, tech, and customers in sync.
- Run day‑to‑day delivery operations and hit on‑time targets.
- Improve routes, driver schedules, and costs using our app’s data.
- Work with the tech team to fix issues and launch new features.
- Hire, train, and motivate drivers.
- Track key numbers (cost per order, on‑time %, .... ) and act fast on problems.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in last‑mile logistics or e‑commerce delivery, or any other delivery field.
- Comfortable with delivery software, dashboards, and basic data tools.
- Strong people‑management skills in both English and Arabic.
- Solid grasp of IT concepts to improve and enhance Fanoos delivery app.
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or similar.
