Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Leak Analyst to join our Operation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and digital content analysis. This role focuses on identifying and reporting any leaks related to our company on our website and across various social media platforms. The Social Media Leak Analyst will serve as the vital link between the operations team and the tech team to ensure timely reporting and resolution of any identified leaks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Social Media: Regularly scan and monitor social media channels, forums, and video platforms for any potential leaks or sensitive information regarding the company.
- Content Analysis: Analyze posts, comments, and discussions to identify trends, misinformation, or leaks that may affect the company's reputation.
- Reporting: Document and report findings to the operations and tech teams, providing detailed analysis and context for any identified leaks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the communications and PR teams, as well as the operations and tech teams, to develop strategies for addressing leaks and protecting the company’s image.
- Crisis Management: Assist in the development of response strategies for any leaks or negative publicity.
- Research: Conduct research on emerging social media trends and tools to improve monitoring effectiveness.
- Social Media Engagement: Engage with audiences on social media to clarify misinformation and promote accurate company messaging.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: at least 3 years proven experience in social media management, content analysis, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for monitoring and analysis.
