Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company assets (e.g., computers, phones, water dispensers).
- Oversee vendor relationships, including contract management and issue resolution.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and stationery.
- Supervise office facilities and utilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for internal and external events.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit expense and budget reports.
- Assist with employee visa applications and renewal processes.
- Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks across departments as needed.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.
- Trilingual: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Experience with employee visa processing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
