Job Overview:
Sukljian for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant. This role is central to maintaining the integrity of our accounting records, performing regular physical stock counts at our warehouse, and acting as the go-to administrator for our CRM and Field Sales system. The ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following areas—Accounting, Operations, Warehouse Logistics, or a technical field in IT—and will be able to work under pressure while driving positive change.
Key Responsibilities
- Physical Stock Taking & Inventory Management
- Conduct periodic and ad hoc physical stock counts in the warehouse.
- Reconcile physical stock levels with system records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain precise records.
- CRM and Field Sales System Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for our CRM and Field Sales system, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Provide troubleshooting support and user assistance for internal teams using the system.
- Liaise with IT and external vendors to implement system updates and improvements based on user feedback.
- Data Entry in Accounting
- Accurately input and update financial transactions and related accounting records.
- Maintain data integrity and support accounting functions through timely and precise data management.
- Administrative Support and Reporting
- Handle general administrative tasks such as document filing, report generation, and record keeping.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing stock levels, accounting entries, and system performance to support management decisions.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with multiple departments including sales, accounting, and logistics to ensure operational cohesiveness.
- Communicate data discrepancies or system issues promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Educational Background
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, any IT or a related field.
- Relevant Experience
- Practical experience in any of the following is highly desirable:
- Accounting: Strong understanding of financial principles and data management.
- Operations: Experience in managing day-to-day operations within a dynamic environment.
- Warehouse Logistics: Hands-on experience with inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse management.
- Technical/IT Field: Familiarity with CRM systems, field sales software, or basic IT troubleshooting.
- Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication within our internationally oriented team.
