Sukljian Trading & Marketing Co. is hiring a Data Entry & CRM/ERP Administrative Assistant to support our sales and finance teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing and maintaining data across our internal systems. This role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our CRM and field sales systems, as well as accurate entry and management of accounting data.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Field Sales System Administration
- Act as the system administrator for our CRM and Field Sales software.
- Support the sales team with technical issues, user training, and daily system usage.
- Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to implement improvements and resolve issues.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records across the system.
Data Entry & Accounting Support
- Accurately input and maintain financial transactions and records.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data across accounting and sales systems.
- Assist the finance team with invoice processing, payment tracking, and reporting.
Reporting & Administrative Tasks
- Generate routine reports for sales and finance management.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Monitor data quality and follow up with teams to correct discrepancies.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Liaise between sales, accounting, and technical teams to ensure systems are aligned and updated.
- Communicate system issues and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, accounting, or systems support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms is highly preferred.
Skills:
- High accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong Excel and computer skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communication and time management abilities.
Language:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Location:
- Preferably based near Al Bayader, Amman, to provide timely support when needed.
